World Steel Tube Editing A commercial truck hauling 30 steel pipes overturned Tuesday morning on a freeway off-ramp curve in Tualatin, closing the ramp for three hours.
Kenneth D. Harvey Jr., 35, of Springfield, Ore., was driving a truck and flatbed trailer loaded with 20-foot long steel pipes at about 8:25 a.m., rounding the left curve of the off-ramp from southbound Interstate 5 to northbound Interstate 5 when the crash occurred.

Gregg Hastings, spokesman for Oregon State Police. Harvey was not injured and there were no other vehicles involved, Hastings said.
